We work hard to make sure that every time you get in touch you get a quick and thorough response, whether that’s getting a quotation out to you on the same day or answering your questions quickly.   Were always on the other end of the phone, even at evenings or weekends were here to help if you need us.  You can always be certain that we will arrive on time and we will give you a call to let you know our team are on their way to your event.

The attention to detail starts right at the very beginning where we will be working through your initial layout options and setting out the things that we will be providing.  Our care and attention doesn’t just stop there, we will be constantly working with you and making sure we understand every little detail of your big day.  Even if you are sourcing your own suppliers we are always happy to talk through your plans with them and help make sure everything is taken care of. 

All of our furnishings are handmade and specially selected to set us apart from any other tipi provider.  We regularly have clients who just had to have a Tipi & Kata wedding because our tables and benches or chill-out areas were that little bit better than what anyone else has to offer.  We have a huge stock of great accessories available to hire and we regularly hold open weekends for you to come and see everything in action.

If you have something in mind or have seen something online which you would love to have at your wedding but we don’t stock it, chances are we would still be happy to help you make it happen.  Please just ask.

We are always keen to keep our prices as competitive as possible.  We regularly review prices to ensure that we are offering excellent value within the industry.  There are never any hidden extras on top of the price we have quoted.
